We are looking forward to welcoming you and your organization to Las Vegas at the 2026 Wall and Ceiling Conference and Trade Show. This is our one-stop Exhibit Portal, where you can book and manage your booth.

Step 1: View the Floor Plan by clicking on the "View Interactive Floor Plan" button above. This is a real-time display of the trade show floor so you can see which booths are available at any time.

Step 2: Is this your first time booking this year? Click on the "Create New Booking" button to create a new account.

Step 3: Once you have your account, log in (Existing Booking) and book your booth. You can also use this area to modify your booking. 

BOOTH SIZING AND PRICING

All of the booths listed are 10'x10' (100 ft²) and are priced at $2,700.  If you want a larger booth, please reach out to us (events@wallceilingshow.org) to discuss options and pricing. All booths include:

• 6ft table
• 2 folding chairs
• Pipe and Drape (8' high back wall/3' high side walls)
• Electrical (15A powerstrip) 
• Garbage Can
• Booth Sign (text only)
